Exobiology Report: Alhoon

The Alhoon are an exceedingly peaceful aquatic race. They evolved deep beneath the oceans of their homeworld. They have brains that are proportionally larger than average. Due to this, they are an extremely intelligent race. Many of the greatest contemporary scientists in the Imperium are of Alhoon origin. In addition, their larger-than-average brains have allowed them to develop powerful telepaths. Although their telepaths are quite formidable, they refuse to be a part of any hostile Jade Order missions. Their chief maxim is: "Alhoon do not kill other Alhoon." Those who violate this doctrine are exiled from Alzhon, never to return.

 Primary Religions:

The primary religion of the Alhoon is that of Alkazi. Alkazi doctrine stresses peaceful tendencies and pacifism. It has not spread to the other races of the Imperium due to its stress on pacifism. Also, material wealth is not a high priority in Alkazi teachings. The development of the mind is a key stress of the Alkazi teachings. The holy book of Alkazi is the Tokazn. Many rebelious Alhoon youths have converted to the Vhron faith of Jakhara.
